This is not our Poland but Poland, Maine, US. Yes, there's another place called Poland somewhere else in the World! 

POLAND, Maine -- Maine sheriffs said a teenager's text messages to her friends helped to locate her after she got lost in the woods in Poland.

The Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department said 14-year-old Amanda Christakis, of Poland, took a walk in the woods after breaking up with her boyfriend and got lost after dark Monday.

Police said she was texting her friends on a cell phone with no minutes left on it. The cellular company tracked her coordinates, and she later called 911.

A rescue helicopter spotted Amanda just before 9 p.m. She was treated at a Lewiston hospital for hypothermia.
