Sightseeing in Sopot

Sopot is a nice holiday resort - and if you get bored with cafes and restaurants, you can just stroll along narrow streets..

The Molo Pier

It is the biggest pride of Sopot and people living there. It is considered to be the longest pier in Europe. It stretches over 500 meters into the Gulf of Gdańsk. First built in 1827, it gained its present shape in 1928. Just take a walk right up to the end, it will be an unforgetable experience. The pier is also the favorite place for romantic walks.

The Crooked House

It is a house for pubs, restaurant and shops. This excentric style was based on the architecture of Antoni Gaudi. Worth a visit.

The Balneology

Bathing building together with the rheumatology hospital was built according to the design of Paul Puchmuller in 1903-04. There are alot of sculptures and stained-glass windows in the building.

Forest Opera

Was officially opened on the 11 August 1909. It is considered to be the most beautiful musical stage in Europe.  The Sopot festival is held here every year.
