Pomerania Voivodship (Pomorskie)

Pomerania Voivodship is an administrative region in northern Poland within the historic region of Eastern Pomerania. Capital city in this voivodship is Gdańsk.

Gdańsk, in the center of the voivodeship, forms part of the "tricity" of Sopot, Gdańsk and Gdynia.  Also part of the voivodeship is the narrow Hel Peninsula. 

Other well-known tourist destinations include Krynica Morska, Ustka and Jastarnia with many fishing ports and lighthouses.
